ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Corporation has already paid the entire amount of Rs.10,51,66,237/- (Rupees Ten Crores Fifty one Lakhs sixty six thousand two hundred and thirty seven only) to the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.
