ORDER

Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader took notice for the respondents 1 & 2. Mr.R.S.Selvam, the learned Standing Counsel, took notice for the 3rd respondent. 2.This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2017. 3.It is submitted by the he learned counsel for the petitioner that a representation has already been made to the District Collector, Vellore District (2nd respondent) to take action against the 4th respondent, who has been receiving money from the 3rd respondent stating that she has constructed a borewell in the petitioner's village, when no such bore-well was never constructed in their village. That apart, the 4th respondent has also illegally collecting a sum of Rs.5,000/- from fifty people in their village in order to provide free dairy cows.

4.But, nowhere the petitioner has indicated the names of the fifty people and the date on which the aforesaid alleged amount was collected. When there is no date or names mentioned pointing out clearly that the 4th respondent has been committing illegality, this Court is not able to find any merit in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
