This petition has been filed to transfer the case in Crime No.143 of 2016 from the file of the respondent to any other investigating agency and to file the final report in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Udumalpet.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Udumalpet is directed to take up the charge sheet on file and dispose the matter in accordance with law.
