Respondents PRAYER: Petition has been filed under section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an order of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the letter of the 2nd respondent in Ka. No.11954/L3/Legal/A Vi Po Ka/2000 dated 27.06.2000 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to pay the balance amount of Rs.33, 630/- together with interest as per the order in C.P. No.152 of 1998 dated 27.10.1999 passed by the Hon'ble Labour Court at Coimbatore to the petitioner and to pass further orders.

The Writ Petition has been filed in the year 2006 under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue an order of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the letter of the 2nd respondent in Ka. No.11954/L3/Legal/A Vi Po Ka/2000 dated 27.06.2000 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the balance amount of Rs.33, 630/- together with interest as per the order in C.P. No.152 of 1998 dated 27.10.1999 passed by the Labour Court at Coimbatore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 21.11.2014, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that he had already given change of vakalat and the petitioner had taken back the bundle. In view of that the matter was listed for hearing on 26.11.2014, 05.01.2015, 06.01.2015 and today. However, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through any counsel.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
