O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition for the reason that only an Appeal under Order 43 Rule 1 (d) of the Civil Procedure Code is maintainable. The learned counsel also sought liberty to file an Appeal as against the impugned order dated 07.04.2016 passed in I.A.No.80 of 2014 in O.P.No.116 of 2013.

va 2.In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order passed in I.A.No.80 of 2014 in O.P.No.116 of 2013 on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
