ORDER

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner would state that she got married to one Perumal and out of the wedlock, two children were born and her husband, who was the sole breadwinner of the family, died during 2011 and thereafter, she did not have any financial support and therefore, has given a representation to the first respondent for providing employment assistance on the ground of destitute widow category and would further claim that she has completed typewriting higher course in Tamil and English and also completed B.A. (Tamil) through correspondence education, and was also issued with a Destitute Widow Certificate by the jurisdictional Tahsildar and since no orders have been passed on her representation, she came forward to file this writ petition. 3.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that though the petitioner is in possession of relevant documents and also having requisite qualification, still, her request for appointment on destitute widow category, has not been considered and hence, she is constrained to approach this Court and prays for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.The Court heard the submissions of Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents, also.

5.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the first respondent by enclosing a copy of this order as well as a copy of her earlier representation dated 16.3.2015, and all relevant documents, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the first respondent on receipt of the same, is directed to consider it on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and pass orders thereon within a period of six weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
