ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to seeking direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members otherwise than under due process of law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a complaint given by one Durga Devi, petition enquiry is pending before the respondent. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed.
