ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.46 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that, on 12.06.2022 at about 12.00.a.m., the petitioners trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and attacked with wooden log and also abused him with filthy language. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the injured victim has been discharged from the hospital but however there are five previous cases pending as against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
