2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

A perusal of docket orders in each case reveals much delay in conduct of proceedings before the Rent Controller owing to the pendency of interlocutory applications therein, all but one of them having been moved by respondents in 2014, the singular being of the year 2015. Finding a total lack of progress in the actions, this Court directs learned Rent Controller cum I Additional District Munsif, Puducherry, to dispose of R.C.O.P.Nos.7 of 2015, 68 of 2014, 69 of 2014, 70 of 2014, 71 of 2014, 73 of 2014 and 74 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
