When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Government Advocate submitted that the matter may be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

2.Considering the submission made by learned counsel for petitioner and Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to refer the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras and accordingly, the matter is referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

3.The Registry is directed to transmit the entire case bundle to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Mediation and Conciliation Centre is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and de facto complainant and both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 01.04.2016 and if there is no progress, then the matter shall be sent to the Court on 25.04.2016. Till such time, the petitioner shall not be arrested.
