This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 03.08.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 09.05.2015, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.75 of 2015 and the same has been closed.
