ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order in No. TN/RO/AMB/RECOVERY/Area-6/98176/RRC-6773/2025 Dated 19.03.2025 on the file of the second respondent.
2. When the matter was taken up on 22.10.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the amount of Rs.11,61,047/- as per the impugned order would be paid and further sought time to take notice to the respondents 4 to 6, so that final orders could be passed in their presence.
3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that notice taken to fourth respondent was served but the notice taken to the respondents 5 and 6 was returned as unserved.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner also produced a letter dated 18.11.2025 and submitted that entire amount of Rs.11,61,047/- as per the recovery order dated 19.03.2025, was paid and therefore, prayed to close the Writ Petition by recording the aforesaid letter.
5. Since the entire demand amount of Rs.11,61,047/- has been paid fully, the Writ Petition is disposed of recording the letter dated 18.11.2025. The letter dated 18.11.2025 shall form part of the record. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
