Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in his proceeding, Na.Ka.1412/2021/A6, dated 18.05.2022 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to issue a legal heirship certificate of his deceased brother, A.Govindaraji to the petitioner.

ORDER

The petitioner is the brother of the deceased. The petitioner seeks for legal heirship certificate as a Class-II legal heir for his deceased brother.

2. The Full Bench of this Court by its order dated 17.06.2022 in WP.No.25247 of 2021 etc., batch, directed the respondents therein, to issue a circular within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of the order with regard to the requirements for legal heirship certificate/relationship certificate for Class-II legal heirs. The period has not come to an end.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the respondent in accordance with the proposed circular to be issued by the respondents pursuant to the directions given by the Full Bench of this Court. The said statement is recorded.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by granting liberty to the 2/4

petitioner to approach the respondent in terms of the proposed circular to be issued by the authority concerned, in terms of the decision of the Full Bench of this Court dated 17.06.2022 passed in WP.No.25247 of 2021 etc., batch. No costs.
