This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18527 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11027 of 2023 dated 24.11.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, charge sheet is filed in this case.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
