2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the writ appeals, fresh tender has been issued and, as such, nothing survives for consideration in these appeals.

3. In view of that, the writ appeals stand disposed of. It is for the appellant to take appropriate steps, if the appellant is so advised, with regard to the fresh tender.

There will be no order as to costs.
