The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to substitute the Cuddalore New Town Police Station instead of Neyveli Thermal Police Station in the cause title describing the second respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that Crime No.232 of 2024 is under investigation by the Cuddalore New Town Police and therefore, he has no objection to direct the said amendment.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
