ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent herein to file a final report in FIR in Crime No.8/2017 against the accused for the offence under Sections 420 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and 34 of IPC on 27.11.2017 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 27.11.2017, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
