Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any violation. Hence the condition imposed upon the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the X Additional Judge, Special Court, Chennai, once in six months i.e., on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
