No.848240 (Group Code 646) (March 1997) in respect of two failed papers i.e. Economics and History, and 10th standard Public Examination certificate bearing Reg. No.332327 (April 1994) to the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has not reported despite communication to the petitioner regarding listing of this case. Since, the learned counsel has reported no instructions, this court finds that it is unnecessary to keep the matter pending.

Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
