Side) COMMON ORDER Crl.M.P.No.11360 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.8713 of 2025 is filed to amend the satisfaction Court as learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet instead of learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpet. 2.Crl.M.P.No.11356 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.8713 of 2025 to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8713 of 2025, dated 26.03.2025. 3.When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advcoate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submits that the respondent Police, on completion of investigation, the FIR in Crime No.630 of 2024 has been closed as "Mistake of Fact" on 24.06.2025. 4.In view of the above, no useful purpose will be served for extension of time and for amendment.
