This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9990 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023, passed by this Court to report before the Principal District Court, Tiruppur, daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
