This petition has been filed to implead the fifth respondent in the writ petition, the Managing Director, G113, Kancheepuram District, Consumer Cooperative Wholesale Stores, Ltd., No.185, Prakasam Salai, Brodway, Chennai - 600 108, wherein the petitioner is now working.

The writ petition had been filed seeking a promotion and since the petitioner is now working under the fifth respondent, it is stated by the learned counsel that the fifth respondent is a necessary party to the proceedings.

In view of that particular fact, this petition has been allowed.

Registry may carryout necessary amendment by impleading the fifth respondent / proposed respondent in the cause-title.
