This petition has been filed to call for the records in DVC No.50/2015, pending on the file of the Learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for appearing the petitioners.

3. It is seen that the petitioners have challenged the representation given by the respondent dated 02.09.2015 to the Protection Officer, Social Welfare Department and not the proceedings under the D.V.Act before the Magistrate.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court will not interfere into the enquiry by the Protection Officer, Social Welfare Department under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
