ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Sunder Mohan J.) The convict has challenged order dated 07.04.2026 aggrieved by the condition imposed upon him to appear before the Inspector of Police, Melapalayam Police Station every day while granting leave.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that it is true that the convict prisoner is sick and therefore the condition imposed vide impugned order may be modified.

3. Accordingly, the condition to appear before the Inspector of Police, Melapalayam Police Station every day imposed in impugned order dated 07.04.2026 is modified to the extent that the convict shall appear once in 15 days before the Inspector of Police, Melapalayam Police Station.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed as above.
