This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 09.03.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for an individual patta.

2. Heard Mr.K.Ganjendiran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 09.03.2020 and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
