With the consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.
Mr. S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the first respondent. Mr.A.Sundaravadhanan, learned Standing Counsel for TNSTC, takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for a Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2021 on merits within a stipulated period. 4.
This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed before it.

This Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case projected by them in this writ petition, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2021, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
