Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the impugned circulars in Circular : RBI/2020-21/20 DOR.No.BP.BC/7/21.04.048/2020-21 dated 06.08.2020 subsequent circular in RBI/2020-21/79 DOR.No.BP.BC.30/21.04.048/2020-21 dated 14.12.2020 on the file of the 1st respondent, which prohibits the petitioner/the customer from having Cash Credit or Over draft facilities in current accounts with other banks except the lending bank and quash the same.
