ORDER
1. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this order.
2. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 3 and 4.
3. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for a Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2017 within the time stipulated by this court by directing the 4th respondent to pay the arrears of subsistence allowance to the petitioner from 16.12.2016 to till date and continue to pay the subsistence allowance till the suspension orders revoked.
4. This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed before it.
5. This Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case projected by him in this writ petition, directs the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein. Further, the respondents are also directed to dispose of the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
