Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SANDHYA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.B.VISWANATHAN, Advocate on behalf of the respondents the court made the following order:- This Court stays passing of final Decree alone, the other proceedings except passing of final Decree could go on.
