This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner from the illegal activities of the respondents 9 to 11 or their men or agency or any other person from causing trouble or hindrances or interference in the possession and enjoyment of the Schedule mentioned property in the Original Suit in 243 of 2020, pending before the learned Sub-Judge, Pollachi in order to safeguard petitioner's life and interest in the property.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the 7th respondent on 25.08.2020 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 9 to 11 and dispose of the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
