The petitioner made a representation on 06.10.2015 stating that No Objection Certificate has been wrongly given in respect of the names of the private respondents with regard to the property in the Patta No.839 in Survey No.733/5 of Manjarahalli Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District. As no order has been passed, though the representation has been made recently, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the pending representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2015, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents.
