ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's Sale Deed Document dated 04.10.2021 in pending Document NoP/Palladam/20/21 in serial No-10315/2021 pertaining to Application NoS01LANDVV2021 01278236474 and forthwith release the petitioner's Registered Sale Deed original document within the time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner presented a Sale Deed document dated 04.10.2021 before the second respondent. However, the said document was refused to be registered by the second respondent. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 02.12.2021, seeking to register the said document. As the said representation made by the petitioner 2/5

has evoked no response from the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

3. Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2021 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the document presented by the petitioner will be entertained and appropriate orders will be passed, if it is otherwise in order.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the second respondent to entertain the document presented by the petitioner, if it is otherwise in order and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the petitioner is directed to pay requisite Stamp 3/5

Duty and Registration Charges.

6. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
