O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 8th respondent to act upon the representation dated 18.09.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for survey of the properties and for marking the boundaries.

2. Mr.Aruldoss, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 8th respondent has already fixed a date for survey on 28.10.2020 at 11.00 A.M. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of survey along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 8th respondent has already fixed a date for survey, there shall be a direction to the 8th respondent to complete the process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
