O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide sufficient police protection on the basis of his representation submitted to the first respondent dated 18.01.2025, for fencing the petitioner's agricultural land.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner owns the agricultural land in Patta No.156 at Jothampatti Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District. Therefore, when the petitioner intended to fence the land, there was obstruction from the counter-party. However, the petitioner failed to implead the counter-party as a party in this Writ Petition. Even then, the police protection cannot be provided for fencing the property. If there is any interference by the third party, the petitioner ought to have approached the Civil Court for appropriate relief.
