ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C. altered under Section 306 of IPC in Crime No.222 of 2021,on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the deceased and the petitioner loved each other and got married against the interest of elder people, within a period of 11 months from the date of marriage the girl committed suicide. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the suicide committed by his wife. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is still pending and awaiting for RDO report. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case and the investigation is at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
