Respondent(s) PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.04.2023 and to take necessary action for sub- division of the land, comprised in Survey No. 195 / 2, measuring an extent of 0.38 .0 hectare (i.e) acre 0.95 cents situated at madharpakkam Revenue Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District and issue patta in favour of the Petitioners daughter, Padmaja and Devi @ Sridevi.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.04.2023 and to take necessary action for sub- division of the subject land and for issuance of patta in the name of petitioner's daughter.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the respondent had already issued patta in the name of petitioner's daughter after sub-division of the property and thus, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, he requests this Court to close the present petition.
