This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to transfer the investigation in Crime No.430 of 2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent police to any other investigating agency for a fair and proper investigation of the above mentioned case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that originally a case was registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C., and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducted enquiry and submitted to Court that the deceased committed suicide and report was accepted.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
