and SUNDER MOHAN, J.
(Order of the Court was made by M.Duraiswamy, J.) Challenging the order passed in I.A.No.3 of 2021 in O.S.No.130 of 2019 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Dharmapuri, rejecting the plaint, the plaintiff has filed the above appeal. 2.In the said appeal, the plaintiff has filed the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions for grant of interim injunction restraining the defendants from encumbering the suit property and also for stay of the order passed by the trial Court.
3.When the plaintiff's suit for declaration and permanent injunction was dismissed by the trial Court and further that the plaintiff did not have the benefit of order of interim injunction during the pendency of the suit, we are not inclined to grant an order of interim injunction and interim stay in the above appeal. Accordingly, the petitions in C.M.P.Nos.10333 & 10335 of 2022 are dismissed.
