ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. 2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there are two final reports namely, one in C.C.No.174 of 2014 and the other in C.C.No.40 of 2015, are pending on the file of the same Court in respect of two incidents, that had taken place on the same day. This Court found that the defacto complainant in C.C.No.174 of 2014 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is the accused in C.C.No.40 of 2015. Under these circumstances, the trial Court is directed to try both the cases simultaneously and expeditiously.
