This matter has been listed today under the caption "For being mentioned", since the learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out some error in the order dated 07.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court modifies the order to the following effect: i) In paragraph No.3, the Crime No.1834 of 2014 should be referred to as Crime No.1934 of 2014.

ii) In paragraph No.6, the sentence "and this order cannot be used as shield for the petitioner to open the shop" should be deleted and the following sentence should be incorporated:

"and if there is any law and order problem created, the respondent police is at liberty to intervene in accordance with the law laid down under Section 149 Cr.P.C."

P.N.PRAKASH, J., vsm Registry is directed to make necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
