2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
3. A perusal of the adjudication proceedings reveals some delay in conduct thereof and that over the last four hearings, respondent has been absent. In the said circumstances, this Court directs learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpet, to dispose of I.D.O.P.No.224 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible.
The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
