This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the case against Paul Gladson in respect of the complaint in CSR.No.891 of 2014 dated 08.08.2014 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry in CSR.No.891 of 2014 and take action expeditiously, in accordance with law, as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
