Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2015 and pay compensation for the lands acquired in Survey Nos.293, 294, 295 and 296, Vengadu Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District measuring a total extent of 3,04,019 Sq.ft that were reserved for roads, park and children play area in the layout for which approval was granted by the Director of Town and Country Planning vide proceedings No.87/132/LP No.93.
