Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time for Surrendering before the Judicial Magistrate Gudiyatham as per the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in the above Crl.OP.13416/2022 dated 10.06.2022 and pass any order or orders in the circumstances of case and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.PRADEEP, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 10.06.2022 in Crl.OP.No.13416 of 2022 to surrender before the Court below.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.13416 of 2022 dated 10.06.2022 is extended till 15.07.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
