Mr.R.S.Selvam Government Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R The prayer sought for in all these Writ Petitions is to direct the respondents to consider the claims of the petitioners for promotion as Junior Assistant from 2009 onwards notionally as the petitioners name were included in the panel year 20072008. 2.Heard both sides and perused the materials on record. 3.The case of the petitioners is to consider the claims of the petitioners sent to the fourth respondent dated 23.11.2018, 26.11.2018 and 14.12.2018 for promotion as Junior Assistant from 2009 onwards notionally, as the petitioners name were included in the panel year 2007-2008. The petitioners further submitted their explanation dated 06.04.2019, 08.04.2019, and 15.04.2019 to the fourth respondent stating that there is no delay in submitting the representation.

After receiving the explanations submitted by the petitioners, the fourth respondent by the proceedings bearing e/f/vz;/5179-2019-C/t/2 dated 06.08.2019 rejected the representations made by the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives in these matters. However liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out the remedy in a manner known to law. 4.With the above direction, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
