PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the scrap tender specification No.ST-02/2022-23 dated 30.05.2022 issued by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to lift the scrap material in Lot Nos.3, 4, 5, 7 and 9, after receiving the balance bidding amount with interest in Specification No.ST-01/2021-22 by considering the petitioner's representations dated 31.12.2021, 11.03.2022, 14.03.2022, 16.04.2022 and 06.06.2022.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the scrap tender specification No.ST-02/2022-23 dated 30.05.2022 issued by the second respondent and for a consequential direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to lift the scrap material in Lot Nos.3, 4, 5, 7 and 9, after receiving the balance bidding amount with interest in Specification

No.ST-01/2021-22, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2021, 11.03.2022, 14.03.2022, 16.04.2022 and 06.06.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that in the absence of any interim order, tender was completed and scrap materials were removed.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
