The petitioner made a representation on 21.09.2015 stating that the legal heir certificate has been given wrongly in favour of one S.Parimala, who has been arrayed as respondent no.4 herein as against the proceedings in favour of the petitioner dated 25.09.2012. Seeking early disposal of the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 21.09.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
