3. Mr.Ramprabu, learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent / claimant.

Accepting the reasons mentioned in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stands allowed on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) payable in favour of the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madras High Court, Chennai, on or before 20.04.2026.
