O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the first respondent to transfer the entire case records pending on the file of the first respondent in Crime No.287/16 and handover the same to the file of the second respondent in order to ensure free fair, and impartial investigation.

2. When the suicide note implicates three named persons, the respondent police are not justified in closing the complaint as mistake of fact. Hence, the closure report dated 23.06.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is set aside and the first respondent is directed to conduct further investigation in Crime No.287 of 2016 and file a final report/charge sheet within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the earlier closure report, it would be appropriate that the investigation to be conducted by the first respondent shall be monitored by the superior authority. Hence, the Superintendent of Police, Tiruppur shall monitor the investigation to be conducted by the Inspector of Police, Komaralingam Police Station, Thiruppur.

With the above observations and directions, the criminal original petition stands disposed of.
