Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, the delay of 155 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal is condoned.
The petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the delay period.
Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.R.Rajesh as counsel for the third respondent, at the time of admission.
